During your event, if in your opinion, we are not 100% exceptional in our value, service or quality, call our CEO at home, at the phone number on your contract, and we will fix the problem or we'll waive our fee. Our promise doesn't end when your event ends. For 30 days following your event we will continue to provide you the same exceptional service you experienced prior to and at your event. If you are not 100% thrilled then we will do whatever it takes to thrill you or we will refund 100% of your fee. Guaranteed.
